Adam Burlison, a junior at Grapevine High in Texas and the UIL Class 5A runner-up Nov. 5 at the state final in 15:24.0 at Old Settlers Park, joins DyeStat's Todd Grasley to discuss competing Nov. 19 at NXR South at Bear Branch Park in The Woodlands. Burlison, a transfer from Lubbock High, helped Grapevine capture the Class 5A team title and the group is looking to place among the top two teams at the regional meet to secure a berth to compete Dec. 3 at Nike Cross Nationals at Glendoveer Golf Course in Oregon.
